If you have any complaints about our preschool or its education, there are procedures in place for this.
If it concerns your child directly or the daily pedagogical activities, please talk to the responsible educator in the first instance. If you feel that your concerns are not being addressed, then please contact the principal.
If it concerns the preschool as a whole or safety issues, please contact Principal Patrik Thylin at patrik.thylin@esn.se using our Complaint Form.
If you still feel that the issue persists, please contact Area Manager Jeanette Glyt at jeanette.glyt@esn.se.
If you feel that your questions have not been answered, you can contact our Vice CEO Andreas Tull at andreas.tull@esn.se.
If you prefer to provide your feedback or complaints anonymously, you can leave them in the preschool's suggestion box/complaint box located on the notice board in the entrance area.
It's important to us that you as a parent feel involved, and we appreciate open and effective communication. Your opinions matter, and you're always welcome to share your thoughts or concerns with us. All complaints are investigated, followed up, documented, and feedback will be provided within 10 days. The principal reports to the governing body regarding the complaints received, how they have been investigated, and the follow-up actions taken.
